Step inside to an open-plan living room and kitchen, featuring a large, bright window that leads out to a spacious private veranda with a view of the pool. The communal pool is accessible during set hours, and each unit is guaranteed a private sun lounger.

Le Jolie Village is just a short stroll from Piazza Aurora, only 600 meters from its namesake beach. The area, very close to Jesolo's main square, Piazza Mazzini, is wonderfully peaceful, popular with families, and perfect for relaxation. Yet, it's still conveniently close to all amenities and well-stocked supermarkets.

You're also just moments away from the famous Caribe Bay water park, an 80,000 sqm oasis of fun! It's been voted Italy's best water theme park for 14 consecutive years.

The unit also comes with 2 dedicated parking spaces (No. 5 and No. 6), and there are bike racks within the residence's private area.

Security Deposit:

The tenant agrees to take the utmost care of the apartment and its domestic appliances (dishes, fridge, mattresses, etc.). Any breakages or damages to items must be compensated at market prices.

To guarantee compliance with the above and the commitment to leave the apartment in order by the specified time, the client will pay a security deposit of €450.00 upon key collection. This non-interest-bearing deposit will be refunded at the end of the rental period, after the apartment's condition has been checked.

Electricity Costs:

Electricity will be charged at €0.85/kW per hour based on actual consumption, with readings taken upon check-in and check-out.
